I got into exercise after my first child and have managed to make that a part of my every day life. Along with that, for fun I started playing around with recipes. I found that I enjoyed trying to make them healthier by lowering the fat and calories in them.
I find that tracking what I eat and portioning my food has been one of the biggest keys to my weight loss success, as well as my mind set.

A lot of my blogs have been about recipes and sharing things that I find useful for trying to stay healthy. But moving forward I will talk more about the mental part of losing weight. I truly feel that is the one thing that stops people from being successful or falling back into the old habits..All your comments are welcomed.
